Boeing 787 Production Integration Center
Blue Sky recently completed the integration of state of the art audio-visual technology at the Boeing 787 Dreamliner facility in Everett, Washington. The 787 Production Integration Center is a 5100 square foot facility that is located on the fourth level above 787 factory floor.
The main operation center area holds twenty seven workstations and a ten foot high by forty foot long high resolution video wall. The wall is capable of displaying dozens of images that monitor news around the world, global weather, earthquakes in real time, production issues with each supplier, the health of the 787-related computer servers, and shipping schedules for the Dreamliner.
The center also has three conference rooms all tied to the Boeing video conferencing network. These rooms are used for customer briefings as well as video conferencing with Boeing suppliers around the world. The center operates twenty four hours per day and enables Boeing to monitor global production among all of its suppliers, solve problems quickly and keep the 787 Dreamliner program advancing.
TOC Management Services
When TOC Management Services decided to move their Washington Region Office to a new facility in Everett Washington, they turned to Blue Sky to help design and implement the audio-visual systems. TOC intended to use the facility for their own meetings as well as making it available to other local businesses on a rental basis.
The new TOC Regional Office incorporates state of the art audio-visual technology in its new Conference Center. The Center includes an 1,840 square foot divisible meeting room with computer projection, sound reinforcement and system control using custom touch panels. The result is a highly functional facility with the ease of use not often found in meeting spaces that are available for the public to rent.
